• By being part of the GCCP, you will have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions attached to the programme.

  • The fee concession shall be applicable at all GIIS campuses subject to local campus terms and conditions. If the local campus has any programs offering any concession, then only the highest concession among the two will prevail and be applicable.

  • The concession on the tuition fee is based on discount slabs which is linked to net number of enrolments from the corporate across GIIS locations at the beginning of the academic year or at the time of MOU sign off. The slabs are reviewed twice a year and if the Net enrolments from the corporate increase or decrease, based on the slab applicable, the concession is implemented from the next billing cycle. The concession is not retrospective and is only applicable from the next effective billing cycle.

  • If any student is eligible for a scholarship or sibling concession or above corporate concession or any other concession, then the student shall be entitled to higher concession from above. Only the higher concession shall be applicable at any time and all other concessions shall not be considered.

  • Once the children are enrolled as students, the employees and their children will be bound by the school’s terms and conditions and all school policies.

  • GIIS reserves the right to review, revise and amend the privileges and concessions offered under GCCP at any point of time.

  • The employee has to provide evidence of gainful employment at the time of enrolment of the child:

    • Letter from HR for new joiners OR

    • Immigration Employment Passes OR

    • Identity card of corporate OR

    • Latest salary slip

    • The employee has to sign off on an undertaking while enrolling into GCCP and update GIIS on any change in employment in future

  • The school fee invoice will be emailed before start of the term

  • GIIS has the right to ask for updated employment proof from the employee under GCCP at any point of time

  • The employee needs to ensure that GIIS is always updated in the event of any change in employment and GIIS has the right to recover all the concession retrospectively incase the employee has not informed GIIS on the changes in employment

  • The non-payment of fees or default in payment can lead to termination of tie-up

  • The school reserves the right to review and amend the privileges and concessions under GCCP at any point in time

  • Once the student is enrolled, the parents and the student will be bound by the school’s terms and conditions and all school policies

  • At any given point of time only one concession can be availed by the parents. In case they are eligible for multiple concessions such as sibling discount or scholarships, then the higher of the two concessions shall prevail.

  • Under GCCP, each campus may introduce additional benefits or privileges or concessions at select times of the year, and parents under GCCP shall be entitled to all such additional benefits.
